Principal Engineer / MTS - RFSOI Device Engineering

What you will do

• Lead the development, optimization, characterization, and qualification of semiconductor devices.
• Design, execute, and analyze design-of-experiments studies.
• Partner with process integration and TCAD engineers to improve device performance and predict results.
• Own and drive technical device problem solving.
• Interact with internal and external customers and respond to technical queries.
• Establish technology design rules, test structures, test methodologies, and continuous device improvement methods.

Requirements

• Degree, master's degree, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience with a PhD, or more than 8 years with a degree or master's degree.
• Required experience owning wafer-fab device engineering, preferably for RF devices.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
• Strong analytical, optimization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of RF fundamentals, including S-parameters, harmonics, and noise figure.
• RF test experience with on-wafer measurements and semiconductor test equipment such as probers, device analyzers, and network analyzers.
• Independent, resourceful approach and a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
