SAP Business Consultant (S/4HANA)

Location: Shanghai, China

International development partner and systems supplier for the automotive industry, focused on combustion, fuel-cell, and e-mobility technologies.

What you will do

• Participate in global SAP S/4HANA rollout projects across Asian and Chinese entities.
• Implement the global template according to project plans and implementation methodology.
• Analyze business requirements with users, the global template team, and IT deployment teams.
• Perform gap analysis, data migration, testing, training, and communication activities.
• Support change management, issue resolution, SAP adoption, and post-go-live evolution.
• Learn and take ownership of additional SAP functional areas, including SD, MM, PP, QM, and AM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one SAP module, particularly SD, MM, or PP.
• Full-lifecycle SAP implementation experience.
• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Willingness to travel as required and support additional SAP modules.
