After Sales – ERP Associate (SAP): Maintaining SAP data and transaction flows for warranty claims, service orders, spare parts, inventory, and reverse logistics with an accent on data integrity, reporting, and after-sales operations. Focus on designing performance dashboards, reconciling stock and GR/IR records, and improving SAP utilisation across service operations.
Location: Onsite in Arusha, Tanzania

What you will do
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and period-close SAP entries for warranty claims, service orders, repair orders, goods movements, returns, and spare parts transactions.
- Process SAP Customer Service transactions, including service notifications, service orders, repair orders, material returns, transfers, scrapping, and stock adjustments.
- Design and maintain after-sales performance dashboards using SAP, Excel, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Audit SAP data, resolve GR/IR mismatches and open transactions, and maintain accurate material, service, customer, and equipment master data.
- Generate warranty, service order, inventory, reverse logistics, cost, and SLA/TAT reports for management and Finance.
- Coordinate spare parts inventory control, cycle counts, stock takes, valuation, batch management, serial tracking, and reverse logistics activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on SAP experience in after-sales, service operations, supply chain, or logistics.
- Practical experience with SAP CS, MM, and/or PM modules.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data review, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Experience with inventory management, spare parts, stock control, and reverse logistics.
- Strong data interpretation, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

- An advanced degree.
- Experience with Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
