Junior Transfer Agency Representative (Finance)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, or 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Process fund activities including trades, dividends, cash movements, trailer fees, and rebates.
• Assess investor documentation and maintain accurate client-related records.
• Update internal and external stakeholders on trading activity.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with fund requirements and strict deadlines.
• Build relationships with customers and shareholders while collaborating with BBH offices locally and abroad.
• Follow established procedures and controls, including anti-money-laundering and banking-secrecy requirements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience or internship.
• Strong interest in banking and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English at C1 level is mandatory.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure while managing multiple requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation management, organization, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work in a team, adapt to change, and identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
