What you will do

• Manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable across the EMEA region.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify overdue balances and drive timely collection activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues, disputes, and account queries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Customer Success teams to support issue resolution and improve collection outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied payments, and customer disputes.
• Prepare regular reporting on aged receivables, collection progress, and key trends.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer finance in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, collections practices, and account management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Strong Excel and reporting capability.
• Ability to manage difficult collection conversations while maintaining positive customer relationships.
