Accounts Receivable Officer (Gaming)

What you will do

• Manage outstanding accounts receivable and collection activities across the EMEA region.
• Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue balances, and drive timely payment recovery.
• Build customer relationships and resolve payment issues, billing discrepancies, unapplied payments, and disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Customer Success, and Finance teams to improve collection outcomes and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate collection records, prepare aged-receivables and risk reports, and support month-end close.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, automation, controls, and cash-flow performance.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer finance in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, collections practices, account management, and dispute resolution.
• Ability to manage difficult collection conversations, prioritize multiple customer accounts, and maintain positive relationships.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, plus strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in Poland without current or future visa sponsorship.
