What you will do

• Provide technology leadership across the Medical Review program.
• Work with Workers Compensation, operational, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements, technology projects, and process improvements.
• Translate business and Workers Compensation requirements into technology solutions.
• Manage technology issues, risks, dependencies, governance, compliance, and system performance.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and external partners while advising senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong Workers Compensation industry experience is essential.
• Understanding of Workers Compensation claims, medical review, and related processes.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience delivering technology improvements in a complex or regulated environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
