Machine Operators/ Technicians Taiwan KSP (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Kaohsiung City, Taiwan; onsite production role at the Taiwan KSP (Kaohsiung Science Park) site

What you will do

• Operate assigned production machines according to daily work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, report abnormalities or downtime, and perform basic checks, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct in-process inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Support line changeovers, material loading and unloading, and basic equipment adjustments.
• Collaborate with team leaders, technicians, and engineers to resolve production issues.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or above.
• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of measurement tools and visual inspection.
• Good teamwork, responsibility, willingness to learn, and a stable work attitude.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, assembly, or automation production lines.
• Familiarity with machine interface systems or basic troubleshooting.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety.
