Production Technician (Advanced Electronics)

Location: Zhunan, Miaoli, Taiwan; on-site role with rotating shifts, including night shifts.

What you will do

• Support daily production-line operations, material coordination, production scheduling, and equipment operation.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet production requirements.
• Work with engineers and assistants to improve production-line setups, including bills of materials, production routes, and SOPs.
• Learn production stations and complete station certification.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
• Follow workplace safety requirements and contribute to effective teamwork.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher.
• At least one year of factory manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting ability.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and accept night-shift assignments.
