Account Manager - Financial Services

Location: Greenville, North Carolina, working in-office five days per week; New York City is also considered for a virtual arrangement. Primary working hours are EST, with flexibility for key filming schedules and weekend shoots.

Salary: $110,000–$148,000 annual base salary, plus equity, annual bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage simultaneous financial services campaign deliverables from contract execution through wrap reporting.
• Coordinate legal and compliance reviews covering disclosures, interest rates, banking disclaimers, terms, and product claims.
• Oversee cash, card, and digital prize fulfillment, including compliant disbursement and auditing.
• Prepare client executives and production teams for filming by managing physical assets, payment props, digital demos, and messaging updates.
• Aggregate acquisition, conversion, and engagement data into executive reports, using AI to automate reporting and administrative workflows.
• Conduct fintech research and build commercial pitch decks, case studies, and strategic proposals in Google Slides.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in account management, production operations, or media campaign execution.
• Experience with fintech, banking, or financial services accounts is preferred.
• Understanding of financial services messaging, card network guidelines, prize distribution logistics, and regulatory disclaimers.
• Experience managing 50+ campaign deliverables concurrently in fast-moving environments using CRM systems.
• Advanced Google Slides skills and working knowledge of Boostr, Google Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to work primarily on EST.
