Production Coordinator, Weekend Shift (Aerospace)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; onsite weekend shift

Salary: $23.38–$35.07 USD per hour, plus a 10% shift differential and 8 guaranteed overtime hours per week

What you will do

• Coordinate with organizations across the company to keep components and assemblies moving through production on schedule.
• Monitor and communicate the location and status of hardware, kits, and builds on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform ERP and MES transactions to track and transact parts systematically.
• Review work orders and kit requests to understand internal customer needs.
• Work with Production and Material Planning to identify part shortages and support production continuity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator, Expeditor, or in a similar role.
• 2+ years of experience with ERP, MES, and/or WMS software.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
• Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and Slack.
• Ability to work onsite in Long Beach and follow a Friday–Monday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT, including overtime and weekends.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator, Expeditor, or in a similar role.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive environments.
• Experience with Infor LN ERP and/or Jira MES.
• Experience following EHS guidelines.
• Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
