What you will do

• Provide global leadership for the assigned Product Line to achieve top-line business unit growth goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Own financial planning, including pricing strategy, forecasting, and budgeting for the assigned region.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and launch through growth and sunset.
• Prepare and present compelling business cases for new product initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales.
• Proven experience leading teams to achieve global, cross-functional outcomes.
• Experience working within global manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
