Financial Advisor CIRO-MFD (Urban) [Mandarin]

Location: On-site full-time in Toronto-Leslie and Finch, Toronto, ON; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, financial planning, and estate planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate opportunities, and increase referrals.
• Build community connections through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course.
• Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• Mandarin language capability is required for this role.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be necessary.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, and business development skills.

• AMF licensing and Registered Retirement Consultant designation for Quebec-related practice.
• CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774).
• CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
