What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, and estate planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and establish new client relationships.
• Use credit and investment solutions to deliver needs-based advice, referrals, and business results.
• Participate in community events, marketing, and outreach activities to strengthen local connections.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or four years of relevant experience.
• Current accreditation and good standing for Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID) licensing.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Client-focused, relationship-oriented, goal-driven, and comfortable with business development and networking.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, lending, and portfolio management.
• For Quebec roles, current AMF licensing, CIFC or CSC completion, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) are required; additional CSI/ICB courses are an asset.
