Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia; onsite role

What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing, and inventory management.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and work assignments according to order volume.
• Supervise employee performance and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound timeliness, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and productivity KPIs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and operational abnormalities, coordinating with customer service, transportation, planning, and warehouse teams.
• Manage 5S, workplace safety, equipment usage, employee training, and continuous cost and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management, quality management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, quality control, logistics, or a related area.
• Knowledge of warehouse management processes and quality management systems.
• Ability to use data analysis tools for quality control management.
• Understanding of international logistics industry standards.
