What you will do

Manage daily inbound, outbound, sorting, packing, and shipping operations.
Develop and implement warehouse operating standards and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Recruit, train, allocate, motivate, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
Control inventory, materials, storage arrangements, warehouse layout, and related costs.
Monitor quality and safety, assess operational risks, and implement corrective measures.
Analyze warehouse performance data and report on inventory, shipments, efficiency, and operational targets.

Requirements

Experience managing warehouse operations and end-to-end fulfillment processes.
Ability to lead, train, and evaluate warehouse teams.
Knowledge of inventory control, material management, quality standards, and safety practices.
Ability to analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement process and resource improvements.
Ability to work onsite in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
