Foundry New Deal Ops Integration Lead (Backend Logistics) (Logistics Operations/Manufacturing): Managing end-to-end logistics integration for foundry new deals across inbound, interplant, and outbound materials, equipment, and finished goods with an accent on operational readiness, physical logistics routings, and 3PL coordination. Focus on translating commercial deal parameters into logistics processes, managing risks from NPI intake through high-volume manufacturing, and improving KPI-driven supply chain execution.

Location: Penang, Malaysia; on-site presence required

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end operational integration for foundry new deals.
  • Act as the operations bridge between site operations and the global program management team.
  • Lead logistics readiness and translate commercial deal parameters into physical logistics routings.
  • Coordinate with operations subject-matter experts and third-party logistics providers to establish processes and new capabilities.
  • Manage logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound shipments, including dock operations for site start-up, ramp, and steady-state execution.
  • Monitor KPIs, resolve shipping and warehouse exceptions, manage escalations, and report risks and readiness to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Expertise in warehouse operations, compliance, supplier governance, and end-to-end operational accountability.
  • Proficiency with SAP or transportation management systems, inventory control, and logistics performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into operational decisions and continuous improvements.
  • At least 4 years of experience in logistics operations or 3PL management with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
  • Ability to work in dynamic operational conditions and manage strategic priorities alongside daily execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting customer ramps, operational transformations, or large-scale logistics initiatives.
  • Track record of taking initiative, working independently, and delivering results in ambiguous situations.
