KA Logistics Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end logistics projects for strategic Key Account clients, from concept and planning through implementation and post-launch review.
• Work with Key Account Managers to understand client requirements, identify operational pain points, and design efficient logistics solutions.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate operations, technology, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver project milestones.
• Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, communicate updates to stakeholders, and keep projects on track and within budget.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and improve project management methodologies for Key Account logistics projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce, including work with Key Accounts or enterprise clients.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
