Project Installation and Commissioning Manager (Gas Turbine)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; work from the Orlando office with regular site visits

What you will do

• Coordinate installation and commissioning activities from project handover through execution closure.
• Support Global Project Managers with negotiations and execution of installation and commissioning contracts across the Americas.
• Monitor offshore construction-yard activities and verify project status when equipment arrives in the Americas.
• Track installation and commissioning budgets, contractual scope deviations, schedules, forecasts, and management reporting inputs.
• Plan and reserve internal and external field-service resources, coordinate with vendors, and conduct mobilization briefings.
• Support visa, work-permit, and sea-passport documentation, visit project sites, and ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent foreign degree.
• 4–6 years of site supervisory management experience in the Oil & Gas industry in a similar installation and commissioning role.
• Experience with onshore and offshore installation and commissioning of rotating equipment.
• In-depth gas turbine experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication is required.
