Senior /Associate Engineer Process Engineer (Thin Film/CVD/PVD/CMP)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore; 12-hour rotating shifts required

What you will do

• Support production ramp through process qualification, productivity improvement, and equipment release.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and data using SPC, DOE, split lots, Space, Si-view, JMP, and Klarity.
• Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variation and improve tool matching.
• Identify chronic issues and establish improvement programs and procedures for resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams on yield improvement, excursions, and best practices across fabs.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve performance indices and optimize productivity while supporting EHS&S requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITE Hi-Nitec in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in an electronic production environment, preferably in a wafer fab, with basic equipment and process knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
