Consultant, Executive Protection, Travel Security and Protective Intelligence

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-141 Bay

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day Executive Protection, Travel Security, and Protective Intelligence activities, including requests, schedules, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Gather and organize information for travel reviews, event security planning, residential security considerations, and protective operations.
• Monitor protective intelligence inputs and threat indicators, escalating emerging risks through established channels.
• Prepare briefing materials, trackers, updates, templates, and process documents for Corporate Security leaders and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal partners, senior leadership offices, Executive Assistants, external vendors, and public safety contacts.
• Follow security policies and controls while improving administrative processes, documentation practices, and coordination methods.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in corporate security, executive protection, travel security, protective intelligence, risk coordination, or a related field.
• Degree or diploma in security management, law enforcement, criminal justice, emergency management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English; French fluency is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, documentation management, tracking and reporting, and handling sensitive information discreetly.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, research, decision-making, and risk management skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to meet applicable work or study permit requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting protective operations, travel risk assessments, vendor coordination, or event security planning.
• Experience with travel security tools, intelligence platforms, or security service providers.
• Security-related designation or post-secondary education.
