What you will do

• Manage end-to-end provisioning of messaging channels including SMS, toll-free, and short codes.
• Ensure messaging programs comply with TCPA, CTIA, and regional regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve messaging delivery issues by identifying root causes with vendors.
• Coordinate with telecom carriers and aggregators to enable services and resolve throughput challenges.
• Translate technical messaging requirements into actionable guidance for customer onboarding.
• Improve operational playbooks and documentation to enhance efficiency and customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong project management capability with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfort working with technical systems without requiring software development expertise.
