Principal Business Consultant (Axioma Technology Solutions) (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Hong Kong or Singapore; employees work from the office two days each week and remotely on other days.

What you will do

• Lead client implementation and onboarding projects from solution design through delivery, while mentoring junior team members.
• Design and build ETL processes for client data integration and analytics delivery.
• Lead solution design engagements and translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, sales, and pre-sales teams to support successful solution rollouts and realistic project estimates.
• Maintain project documentation and identify process improvements that increase delivery efficiency.
• Contribute to the analytics integration strategy for the hirify.globalOne IMS platform.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as mathematics, statistics, physics, finance, computer science, engineering, or econometrics.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering SaaS solutions.
• Practical programming experience with Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience designing and integrating solutions with REST APIs and web services.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently and explain technical concepts to users with different levels of experience.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Risk qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA.
• Project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with granular or factor-based risk models and financial services domains including risk, valuation, and performance.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Familiarity with frontier LLM technologies and applications or additional languages.
