Associate Implementation Consultant (SaaS/AML)

What you will do

• Support clients with one-off AML scenario and rule requests, including new rule builds, amendments, threshold changes, segmentation adjustments, and logic refinements.
• Assist with deploying rule changes to production and guide implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, milestones, deliverables, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Develop project plans that align customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with Customer Success Managers.
• Work with Product Management to communicate product issues and provide input on new products.
• Write technical requirements and business specifications for client implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experience, in engineering, information systems, sciences, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of SaaS or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Technology skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with client IT teams and systems integrations.
• Technical understanding of REST API services and implementation.

• Experience with AML and client onboarding solutions.
