Lead Business Consultant (Axioma Technology Solutions)

Location: Hong Kong; hybrid workplace with office attendance two days per week and remote work on other days.

What you will do

• Execute client implementation and onboarding projects from design through delivery.
• Design and build ETL processes for client data integration and analytics delivery.
• Implement defined functionality supporting the SimCorp One analytics integration strategy.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions during solution design engagements.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, sales, and pre-sales teams to validate delivery timelines and identify functional gaps.
• Contribute to process improvements that increase delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as mathematics, statistics, physics, finance, computer science, engineering, or econometrics.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering SaaS solutions, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Working knowledge of finance and a solid technical background with practical programming experience in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience designing and integrating solutions with REST APIs and web services.
• Ability to solve complex issues independently and communicate technical concepts clearly to users with varied experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

Nice to have

• Risk qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA.
• Project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with granular and factor-based risk models.
• Financial services domain expertise.
• Familiarity with frontier LLM technologies and applications.
