Location: Hybrid in London (minimum 60% office attendance over a 12-week period)

What you will do

• Own the Pigment FP&A platform as the internal expert, managing model architecture, governance, and version control.
• Develop Pigment models to support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly close commentary.
• Automate manual reporting workflows from Excel and PowerPoint to increase Finance team efficiency.
• Design intuitive self-service tools for Commercial Finance partners to run scenario analysis independently.
• Partner with Data and Engineering teams to ensure reliable data flows and integration with broader infrastructure.
• Establish and document model governance standards, including change control and audit trails.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building models in Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or a comparable EPM platform.
• Strong technical proficiency with data structures, formula logic, and dimension hierarchies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Confident communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (60% attendance required).
• Practical understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles (FP&A experience).

Nice to have

• Experience with reporting automation or familiarity with ETL concepts and tools like Snowflake or dbt.
