What you will do

• Develop growth strategies by evaluating attractive markets, emerging technologies, customer trends, competitive shifts, and adjacent opportunities.
• Lead global, cross-functional strategic projects with measurable impact on growth, margins, market share, productivity, and business models.
• Translate market insights into strategic initiatives and investment priorities in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Technology teams.
• Use sales, pipeline, pricing, product mix, and market data to generate insights for leadership.
• Design and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews linked to strategic objectives.
• Optimize global planning, commercial, and strategy deployment processes while driving commercial excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Electronics/Electrical, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, commercial excellence, or business transformation.
• Experience in a global industrial or technology environment is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution, commercial judgment, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority in a matrixed global organization.
