What you will do
- Manage factory planning and supply chain operations for polymer and metal additive manufacturing product lines.
- Coordinate with worldwide business planning, engineering, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing partners.
- Drive factory orders, shipment fulfillment, and on-time delivery performance for printers, service kits, accessories, and LTCs.
- Manage consignment activities, inventory audits, scrap decisions, and inventory reporting.
- Monitor factory overtime, downtime, financing, storage, purchase price variance, and other operating costs.
- Support capacity planning, new product introduction launches, shipment ramps, and manufacturing partner business reviews.
Requirements
- Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional operations and manufacturing partner activities.
- Ability to manage inventory, capacity, orders, shipments, and operational costs.
- Travel expectation: 25%.
