Foundry Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Malaysia; Operations department in Penang

What you will do

• Own a central supply chain function covering factory loadings, inventory management, or capacity planning.
• Create, improve, and maintain business processes, and train the organization on process requirements.
• Develop supply chain metrics and reporting in coordination with factories, business units, sales, finance, and management.
• Design reporting processes and mechanisms for evaluating performance against plans.
• Support data mapping, data migration, system integration, risk assessment, test planning, and system implementation.
• Maintain master data such as part numbers, bills of materials, and routes, and build and schedule Business Objects reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of progressive professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Business Objects, or related reporting systems, including training.
• Strong Excel skills and a high standard of data integrity and accuracy.
• Resilience and the ability to work effectively in a complex, high-volume, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong project management, planning, coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with planning systems, especially Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• High-tech industry experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
