Salary: CAD 50,000–67,000 annually.

What you will do

• Support hirify.global.com Canada consumer and SMB shopping orders.
• Handle customer enquiries through voice, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve common and moderately complex customer service issues.
• Analyze information, interpret established policies, and determine appropriate actions.
• Provide recommendations and limited project direction input as an informed team member.
• Apply knowledge of consumer rights and manufacturer warranty responsibilities.

Requirements

• Typically, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2–4 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with up to two years of experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in telephone support within a service or end-user support environment.
• At least one year of experience in the PC or electronics industry and technical training on hirify.global or other manufacturers’ product lines.
• Experience in direct-to-customer ecommerce, consumer or SMB order support, or customer service is preferred.
• 100% fluency in French and English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
• Basic criminal records check and agreement to hirify.global’s confidentiality, non-solicitation, and conflict-of-interest requirements are required.
