Principal Analyst Tax & Subsidies

What you will do

• Monitor public-funded projects for plan deviations, funding compliance, and applicable legal requirements.
• Prepare, process, and validate financial and project data for subsidy management.
• Collect and analyze data for funding-project cash requests.
• Perform accounting activities for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare internal close reporting, analyses, audit documentation, and internal controls.
• Improve reporting processes and data structures while collaborating with the Dresden team and cross-functional departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent German, written and spoken, is required; strong English communication skills are also expected.
• Experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across international teams and regions.
