Salary: $62.00–$76.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the applicable license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct routine family-practice and urgent visits.
• Work autonomously while building trusted relationships with patients.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume and fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• Active professional license and current ANCC or AANP board certification for Nurse Practitioners, or current NCCPA board certification for Physician Associates.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family-practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
• Full Practice Authority strongly preferred where applicable under state guidelines.
