Training and Compliance Data Specialist

What you will do

• Improve data quality and visibility across the full EIT training lifecycle.
• Support administration of the EIT training program.
• Analyze training data and prepare compliance reports.
• Develop KPIs and track program deliverables.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support EIT talent sourcing.
• Lead data workflow and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, computer science, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience working with large datasets or conducting business process analysis.
• SQL proficiency and experience explaining findings to management or other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals or basic AI.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools.
• Experience with Oracle/APEX programming, Python, or cloud platforms such as Snowflake.
