Senior Analyst- Data Intelligence (SQL/Python): Developing advanced analytics solutions, statistical evaluations, dashboards, and data workflows to turn business data into actionable insights with an accent on experimentation, KPI development, and strategic evaluation. Focus on solving complex business problems, partnering with engineering teams on data pipelines, and communicating analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Develop and execute advanced analytics solutions and statistical evaluations for complex business problems.
- Apply A/B testing, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, root cause analysis, and other statistical methods to validate business strategies.
- Partner with senior managers to identify strategic opportunities and support data-guided decisions.
- Design dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and monitor KPIs aligned with business goals.
- Translate complex analytical findings into practical recommendations for operational, product, and strategic improvements.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Strategic Evaluation, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including querying large datasets, building analytical models, and automating analyses.
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation, trend analysis, cohort analysis, and performance diagnostics.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive evaluation.
- Strong business acumen, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
