Test & Balance Technician (HVAC)

What you will do

• Perform HVAC testing and balancing, field measurements, and system performance assessments.
• Prepare balancing logs, technical reports, and accurate project documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact and provide responsive technical service.
• Coordinate multiple projects, technician schedules, project expectations, and completion timelines.
• Train and support technicians through technical guidance and field assistance.
• Identify sales opportunities, support proposal submissions, and recommend system efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HVAC testing and balancing in field environments.
• NEBB or AABC certification is preferred for the role.
• Ability to perform field measurements and maintain accurate technical records.
• Strong client communication, project coordination, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety compliance, technical accuracy, and professional standards.
• Must work in or be based in Charleston, South Carolina.
