Associate, Commercial Banking

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada. The proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers throughout the commercial banking sales cycle and coordinate activities with other hirify.global units.
• Assist with business development initiatives, identify opportunities, and help develop financing solutions.
• Research industries, clients, and prospects to evaluate business growth opportunities.
• Prepare analyses for credit submissions, including transaction structuring and documentation.
• Assess client needs, respond to enquiries, and develop proposals for financial and strategic solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, interpret data, and communicate detailed information clearly.
• Ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and commitment to trust, teamwork, and accountability.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
