Fab9 Logistics Technician CDC (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Essex Junction, Vermont, United States; onsite warehouse and fabrication facility work

Salary: $37,500–$63,000 per year

What you will do

• Support warehouse areas and on-site Operations in a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Provide the fabrication facility with materials while following safety and environmental procedures.
• Perform manual and clerical logistics duties, maintain stock accuracy, and complete shift handoffs.
• Operate warehouse equipment, company non-CDL box trucks, and equipment used for chemical deliveries.
• Work across multiple warehouse areas and participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
• Handle materials in cleanroom, chemical warehouse, elevated-height, and outdoor conditions as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Valid Vermont State driver's license and ability to operate company non-CDL vehicles.
• Basic reading, writing, counting, computer navigation, and Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with Oracle, X-Site, and Outlook is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for more than 85% of a 12-hour shift, lift, pull, or carry at least 50 pounds, and perform bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, and kneeling.
• Ability to work rotating assigned shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.

Nice to have

• Warehouse experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment.
• Experience with packing, wrapping, and crating materials.
• Familiarity with Lean, 6S, and Kaizen processes.
• Experience with troubleshooting and structured problem-solving techniques.
