Material Handler -Forklift (Nightshift)

Location: 198 Random Dr, New London, North Carolina, United States; on-site night shift

Salary: $37,460–$45,760 USD annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Operate forklifts and radio frequency barcode equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supply production lines and routers with materials and remove finished products as required.
• Move goods from shrink-wrap areas to the yard and load or unload trucks.
• Hang raw-material bags for extruders and clear trash, waste, scrap, and cut boards.
• Weigh scrap, complete end-of-shift paperwork, and record product transactions and movements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep warehouse, storage, and dumpster areas clean.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of forklift experience.
• 1–3 years of experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or shipping environment.
• Ability to operate computers, scanning guns, and radio frequency barcode equipment.
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work scheduled overtime, holidays, weekends, and flexible hours during heavy business periods.
