Salary: $152,000–$292,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision, roadmap, and business strategy for the DSP/VPX product line.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept and development through launch, ramp-up, and end-of-life.
• Own budgets, pricing strategies, P&L responsibilities, margin growth, and ROI.
• Lead customer initiatives and execution from product development through revenue realization.
• Monitor market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes to support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams, while developing sales tools, white papers, and training.

Requirements

• Experience leading product-line strategy and lifecycle management.
• Ability to connect market demand, business objectives, and technical execution.
• Experience with budgets, pricing, profitability, and P&L accountability.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
