Senior Director Product Line Management - Cloud Photonics & Optics (CPO Group) (Silicon Photonics)

Salary: $199,090–$298,200 per annum, plus bonus and equity plans

What you will do

• Define and execute product-line strategy for silicon photonics, co-packaged optics, coherent optics, and AI optical interconnect solutions.
• Develop product visions and multi-generation roadmaps aligned with hyperscale cloud, AI networking, and datacenter infrastructure trends.
• Lead market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and executive business cases.
• Engage hyperscale cloud providers, AI infrastructure companies, networking OEMs, ecosystem partners, and executive customer stakeholders.
• Drive products through concept, development, production ramp, and long-term portfolio management while coordinating engineering, operations, sales, applications engineering, and marketing.
• Grow revenue through design wins, sales pipelines, product launches, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem alliances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Optical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductors, optical networking, silicon photonics, datacenter infrastructure, or a related technology industry.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product line management, business leadership, or strategic marketing.
• Experience working with hyperscale cloud, AI infrastructure, or datacenter customers and driving product strategy, market adoption, design wins, and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of optical interconnects, coherent optics, silicon photonics, or high-speed networking systems.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, influencing, and complex cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an M.S., MBA, or Ph.D.
• Deep expertise in co-packaged optics, optical DSPs, advanced datacenter interconnects, AI cluster architectures, or accelerated computing systems.
• Experience launching category-defining semiconductor or optical networking products and managing strategic technology partnerships.
