What you will do
- Develop and execute regional and national demand generation strategies that improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
- Manage field marketing agencies and promoter teams, including personnel allocation and partner-specific contract scalability models.
- Set measurable performance targets, review results daily, and adjust campaign strategies to meet sales goals.
- Analyze sales data, marketing metrics, ROI, market trends, and competitor activity to identify improvements.
- Coordinate integrated marketing plans and budgets with senior marketing, finance, and sales stakeholders.
- Work with the fraud team to train field teams and reduce fraud.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in field marketing, sales management, or related roles managing teams and agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and marketing metrics, ideally in an early-stage startup.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, training, and team motivation skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in rapidly changing and high-pressure situations.
