Senior Specialist - Client Support (Commercial Banking)

Location: Hybrid work arrangement; local candidates based in Chicago, IL and surrounding Chicagoland areas are being considered.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location. The role may also include incentive compensation and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide support and high-quality customer service to Commercial Banking clients and prospects.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and emails, addressing client requests professionally and with a client-focused approach.
• Liaise with business partners and clients to complete tasks and recommend solutions for client matters.
• Apply knowledge of cash management, loans, and portfolio management to help clients meet their goals.
• Build internal relationships and collaborate with Relationship Managers to connect clients with relevant people and opportunities.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to support clients' daily needs.

Requirements

• Experience supporting high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and senior management.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified US location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
• Ability to work a regular 40-hour week in a hybrid arrangement.
