Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - 24 Hours Weekly

Salary: $72,000–$93,000 per year for a schedule of 24 hours per week.

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family medicine and whole-person primary care.
• Deliver preventive and wellness care, chronic disease management, health education, and urgent visits.
• Practice autonomously at the top of the license while building trusted relationships with patients.
• Use clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.
• Participate in provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• For nurse practitioners: active licensure and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For physician assistants: active licensure and current NCCPA board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• A federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits is preferred.
