Client Service Supervisor (Fund Accounting)

What you will do

• Oversee the daily activities of several large and complex mutual funds.
• Run exception and risk-based reviews of fund accounting processes and best practices.
• Liaise with operational centers of excellence to ensure accurate and timely valuation of fund records.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, including transaction validity and fund activity impacts, while escalating issues within defined tolerances.
• Coordinate fund launches, liquidations, year-end audit cycles, client meetings, metrics, and operational deliverables.
• Serve as a key contact for client inquiries, cases, and escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• 4+ years of experience in the fund industry.
• Understanding of fund industry practices and applicable regulations.
• Knowledge of daily UCITS and Part II mutual fund activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Client-focused approach with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and develop practical solutions.
