Senior Associate - Associate Manager, Fund Accounting

Location: Hybrid in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida or New York

Salary: $60,000–$130,000 USD annually for the New York position; discretionary bonus and/or equity awards may also be available.

What you will do

• Oversee the preparation and review of audited and unaudited financial statements and investor reports.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, subledgers, and trial balances under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Review management fees, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely client deliverables and internal performance reporting.
• Maintain reporting calendars and audit timelines.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting and consolidated financial statements.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and build client relationships.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida or New York.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
