Associate Manager - Fund Accounting - Private Markets

What you will do

• Coordinate client deliverables with internal departments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare NAV calculations, audited and unaudited financial statements, partner capital statements, management fee calculations, drawdowns, distributions, and supporting work papers.
• Develop client service plans, calendars, timelines, meeting materials, and responses to client requests.
• Act as a daily client contact, provide professional communication, and build ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate private markets services across Cash, Corporate Secretarial, Legal, and AML functions.
• Implement processes and technology to improve controls and operating efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledgers, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of private markets, NAV calculations, and capital activities.
• University degree in Accounting, Business, or a related financial discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, follow-up, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate across teams, manage deadlines, and operate effectively under pressure.
• Near-complete or completed ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, CA, or similar qualification is advantageous.
