Sr Engineer Facilities Engineering

What you will do

• Deliver facilities operations and engineering services supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility mechanical and utility systems.
• Manage facilities equipment assets and oversee external contractors such as electricians, plumbers, and repair specialists.
• Develop and implement capital improvement projects involving construction, remodeling, renovation, and facility maintenance.
• Inspect work in progress, advise construction supervisors and contractors, and review plans and specifications.
• Assess existing facilities, document deficiencies, and prepare repair designs and cost estimates.

Requirements

• Experience with facility systems including electrical equipment, HVAC, chemical systems, energy systems, ultra-pure water, and wastewater treatment.
• Ability to manage contractors and coordinate facility maintenance and construction activities.
• Ability to conduct facility inspections, prepare condition reports, and develop repair recommendations.
• Perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
