Senior Engineer, Facilities Site Management

What you will do

• Assist the Facility Manager in leading Facilities Technicians and maintaining building infrastructure in safe, compliant, efficient, and sustainable condition.
• Oversee daily operation, inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives, sustainability projects, and infrastructure upgrades to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Lead renovations, expansions, and system upgrade projects, coordinating contractors, architects, vendors, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintain compliance documentation, conduct risk assessments, and support audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor energy consumption, equipment reliability, and maintenance costs, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on facilities engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, building management systems, and maintenance software.
• Familiarity with FM Global, DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, ST, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and RBA requirements.
• Experience with facility project scheduling, budgeting, contractor coordination, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle critical situations with minimal supervision, and stay longer when required.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Knowledge of AI.
