What you will do

• Develop competitive intelligence, battle cards, and objection-handling frameworks.
• Partner with sales on event-driven pipeline generation and manage event logistics, vendors, and budgets.
• Create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, website content, landing pages, and sales collateral.
• Run sales enablement sessions covering positioning, messaging, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer growth on launches and product adoption.
• Conduct customer interviews, synthesize insights, and support analyst relations and customer references.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product marketing experience.
• B2B SaaS experience required; ITSM experience preferred.
• Strong writing skills for technical and business audiences.
• Proven experience building sales enablement materials that are adopted by sales teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity, frequent context-switching, and taking ownership without a predefined playbook.
