Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; occasional travel required

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus

What you will do

• Build the product marketing foundation, playbook, assets, and systems for a growing portfolio of products, solutions, and services.
• Use AI-assisted research to synthesize market trends, buyer insights, and win/loss patterns.
• Own product messaging and positioning, develop buyer personas, and test messaging against buyer language.
• Design a repeatable, tiered product launch framework with clear metrics for each tier.
• Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including battlecards, one-pagers, and proof points.
• Iterate product marketing materials based on pipeline results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product marketing experience.
• Experience or exposure to B2B, private-equity-backed, vertical SaaS, or services environments.
• Ability to work as a builder, prioritize speed, and create scalable AI-first workflows.
• Prior senior living or PEO experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Pragmatic Marketing Certification or a similar certification.
