Seasonal HR Coordinator

Location: Remote within specified U.S. geographic tiers; compensation depends on the candidate’s primary residence within the listed U.S. states and metropolitan areas.

Salary: $23.39–$30.70/hour for Geo 3 locations and $25.50–$33.46/hour for Geo 2 locations.

What you will do

• Coordinate remote onboarding and offboarding for the seasonal workforce with Recruiting, HR, department managers, and IT.
• Process new-hire and termination activities, including communications, background checks, workflow updates, and HR system changes.
• Conduct virtual I-9 inspections and lead twice-weekly remote orientations for seasonal hires.
• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding questions and troubleshoot issues before hire and during orientation.
• Coordinate equipment delivery with IT and maintain accurate personnel records and HR system data.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of HR experience.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system, HRIS, and monday.com.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Strong attention to detail, process-oriented thinking, and accuracy.
• Comfort appearing on camera and leading orientations for large audiences.
• Must work from an eligible U.S. geographic location listed in the compensation tiers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lever or Paylocity.
